Wipro is looking to design and implement advanced language models to power customer service automation, personalized shopping experiences, and operational insights, ultimately enhancing customer engagement, reducing service costs, and improving shopping journeys.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in natural language processing techniques (text classification, entity recognition, conversational AI, LLM fine-tuning).
- Proficiency in Python, NLP/ML frameworks (Transformers, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proficiency in with RAG, Graph RAG, Agentic Orchestration, LangChain & success metric monitoring
- Experience building and deploying chatbots, virtual assistants, or search/recommendation systems in retail or e-commerce.
- Ability to work with large datasets, unstructured text, and multilingual content to improve model performance.
