Requirements
- Proven experience building and deploying AI Agents and applications in production environments
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI concepts, and agentic architectures (multi-agent systems, tool usage, fine-tuning)
- Hands-on experience with advanced prompt engineering techniques
- Proficiency with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI
- Solid software engineering experience with building microservices or APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js
- Fluency in Python or JavaScript
- Experience with AI agent deployment, testing, and monitoring, including non-deterministic agents
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered software solutions to support Greenlight’s AI initiatives across various products
- Develop tools and infrastructure to support advanced AI workflows, including agentic architectures, distillation, and fine-tuning
- Implement and optimize prompt engineering strategies, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector stores, and chain-of-thought reasoning capabilities
- Ensure seamless integration of AI systems into core architecture with a focus on performance and scalability
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of AI infrastructure and pipelines
- Own the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Push the boundaries of AI technology by exploring innovative approaches and solutions in a collaborative environment
