Akkodis is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and productionize agentic AI systems, implement robust RAG pipelines, and enforce security guardrails for a client in New York, NY/Alpharetta, GA.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in building multi-agent workflows and tool-using agents using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Strong proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and enforcing AI safety guardrails.
- Hands-on work in LLMs and agentic AI systems.
- Experience with AI/ML engineering
- Experience with data science and ML tasks such as feature engineering, model selection, error analysis
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and productionize agentic AI systems that autonomously plan tasks, call tools, and reason over structured and unstructured data.
- Architect and implement tool-using agents with capabilities like routing, planning, reflection, and memory/state management.
- Build multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI to enable collaborative AI processes.
- Develop robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including indexing, hybrid search, and reranking, ensuring citation-first outputs.
- Enforce safety and compliance guardrails, including prompt/policy templates, PII redaction, and structured outputs (JSON/Pydantic).
- Perform data science and ML tasks such as feature engineering, model selection, error analysis, and combining symbolic rules with learned models for reliability.
Other
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
