Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
  • Advanced knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks like Crew AI, OpenAI SDK, Autogen, LangGraph or other similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Use data science and machine learning to drive business insights, centralizing dashboards, developing and deploying machine learning models, conducting online evaluation and verification of agentic actions.
  • Develop AI/ML solutions for Intelligent Talent Acquisition
  • Work closely with engineers, scientists, and product managers to design, implement and launch AI solutions, including Agentic AI, end-to-end
  • Design and conduct offline and online (A/B) experiments to evaluate proposed solutions based on in-depth data analyses
  • Effectively communicate technical and non-technical ideas with teammates and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements and the latest modeling techniques in the field.
