Amazon Talent Acquisition operations needs to reinvent the hiring process and deliver unprecedented scale, sophistication, and accuracy by leveraging data science and machine learning to solve the world's toughest hiring problems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Advanced knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks like Crew AI, OpenAI SDK, Autogen, LangGraph or other similar frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Use data science and machine learning to drive business insights, centralizing dashboards, developing and deploying machine learning models, conducting online evaluation and verification of agentic actions.
- Develop AI/ML solutions for Intelligent Talent Acquisition;
- Work closely with engineers, scientists, and product managers to design, implement and launch AI solutions, including Agentic AI, end-to-end;
- Design and conduct offline and online (A/B) experiments to evaluate proposed solutions based on in-depth data analyses;
- Effectively communicate technical and non-technical ideas with teammates and stakeholders;
- Stay up-to-date with advancements and the latest modeling techniques in the field.

- The base pay for this position ranges from $151,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261,500/year in our highest geographic market.
- Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
