Titan Technologies is seeking an AI/ML Lead Engineer to support a mission-focused Government customer by delivering the full lifecycle of services needed to advance and modernize critical software capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience developing, training, and deploying ML models in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and other deep learning techniques
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and optimize model performance
- Experience with secure application development
- Experience with software lifecycle management
- Experience with DoD-compliant cloud environments
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, development, and delivery of machine models and AI solutions.
- Lead the testing, deploying, and maintaining of AI systems.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Manage the data flow and infrastructure for AI deployment.
- Architect and design, with the Chief Engineer, AI software systems.
- Develop scalable enterprise architectures in alignment with DoD and IC standards.
- Architect ETL processes, data flows, and schemas translations.
Other
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (8+ years relevant experience)
- SAFe Agilist or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- Willing to take a polygraph
