The company is looking to solve the problem of personalization at scale using data driven and AI/ML driven products, specifically in the travel, financial services, or lifestyle-oriented platforms.
Requirements
- Hands on experience with data driven products and working knowledge of ML principles and Model lifecycle
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, recommendation, and real time personalization engines
- Proficiency with tools such as SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Tableau/PowerBI familiarity a plus, Python basic understanding
- Familiarity with ML concepts, ML Studio, Copilot, github, elastic search
- Understanding of Model development and software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with Model explainability tools (SHAP, LIME etc)
- Understanding of Big data, Data pipeline, ETL/ELT processes
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for data driven and AI/ML driven products
- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to build, deploy, and monitor ML Models for personalization, segmentation, predictive experiences
- Translate data signals and model outputs into actionable, personalized product features across Planning, booking, marketing, servicing and lifestyle use cases
- Partner with Data science team to define model requirements and interpret model outcomes
- Collaborate with Privacy, Compliance, Legal, Model Governance teams to ensure compliance, Risk mitigation, Model approvals
- Enable data pipelines, experimentation frameworks, and real time personalization engines in collaboration with engineering
- Lead Product Delivery and requirements definition using user insights, market research, and data signals
Other
- Advanced degree in business management/computer science or related or equivalent work experience
- Experience driving complex, transformational initiatives across multiple teams is preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment
