Requirements
- Foundational understanding of consumer business fundamentals (P&Ls, business cases, etc.)
- Literacy in AI/ML methods and tooling (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Databricks)
- Experience with an agile operating environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strategic AI/ML Platform features for CCB
- Identify and implement AI/ML features that drive business success
- Synthesize findings into customer-focused recommendations, business cases, and action plans
- Present solutions to business partners and senior management
- Think strategically and tactically in an initiative leadership role
- Ensure clear communication of initiative objectives and provide regular progress updates
Other
- 5+ years of strategic initiative management or similar experience
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent experience
- Highly effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Strong relationship building, influencing, and networking skills
- Proven ability to navigate tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
