Requirements
- Proficient in project life cycle from initiation through closure
- Familiarity with the machine learning lifecycle and concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, model training, and validation
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Basic understanding of programming languages commonly used in data science (e.g., Python, R) is a plus
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office Suite/Microsoft Project
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal resources and team for execution of AI/ML and analytics projects
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, with a focus on AI/ML and analytics use cases
- Define and manage the lifecycle of AI/ML projects from data collection and preparation to model training, validation, and deployment
- Facilitate communication between technical teams (data science, engineering) and business stakeholders (marketing, sales, client success) to ensure project alignment with business goals
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Clarify requirements to ensure project execution according to plan
Other
- 3 or more years’ experience in project and/or product management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work in ISO 13485 and MDSAP regulated and HITRUST and SOC 2 Type II compliant environments
