BAE Systems is looking to embed and streamline various AI/ML models within their workflows to scale initiatives, equip researchers with more efficient tools, and advance the mission of pioneering new AI applications. The primary goal is to elevate the team's AI/ML efforts through the right tooling, automation, and best development practices.
Requirements
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and tools such as deep learning, NLP, LLM, and TensorFlow, etc
- Experience with various agentic workflow architecture protocols like RAG, MCP, A2A, ACP
- Experience in REST API development
- Knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms
- Experience with n8n, stack AI, Hugging Face, cloud desktop tools
- Experience using DevSecOps tools such as GitLab, GitOps, Bitbucket, CI/CD Pipelines, Docker, Fortify, Sonarqube, Chef/Ansible, Terraform, Nexus
- Experience with cloud environments.

Other
- Must hold an active Top Secret clearance
- 8+ years of software development experience
- The ability to engage constructively with peers and technical lead to communicate the technical approach, trade-offs, and technical decisions
