CTIS is looking to develop and execute advanced AI and ML solutions to support one of their Federal projects and contribute to their technological growth
Requirements
Expert knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling
Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or similar languages
Hands-on experience with AI/ML solutions development including but not limited to chatbot
Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Proficiency with AWS cloud platform and SageMaker
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Certifications in Cloud and/or AI/ML such as AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty
Responsibilities
Design and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions to improve business functions
Develop scalable and efficient AI/ML solutions
Research and enforce best AI/ML practices to enhance system performance
Uphold data governance and security protocols
Continuously enhance existing AI/ML solutions for better efficacy
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders
Other
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
A minimum of 5+ years of proven track record in developing and delivering AI/ML projects
Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities
Lead and manage cross-functional teams
3-days in-person required in our Rockville, MD office
