VSolvit is seeking an experienced AI/ML Subject Matter Expert to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
- Proficiency with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Strong experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Solid understanding of data engineering (ETL, big data, SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or generative AI
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (NIST, RMF, FedRAMP)
- Active security clearance (Secret/TS/SCI)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary SME for AI/ML solution design and implementation
- Build, train, test, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models
- Design and manage end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, and model lifecycle
- Implement MLOps practices for version control, monitoring, and retraining
- Translate mission requirements into AI/ML technical solutions
- Evaluate and recommend AI/ML tools, frameworks, and cloud platforms
- Mentor team members on AI/ML methodologies and emerging technologies
