The company is seeking an AI/ML Tech Lead / Architect to lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions, specifically focusing on Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, to deliver scalable and innovative AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Expertise in ML model development, LLM integration, vector databases, prompt engineering, RAG, automation, and agent frameworks.
- Deep experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and end-to-end development of AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership to engineering teams.
- Design scalable AI architectures and workflows aligned with enterprise standards.
- Oversee model development, optimization, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ensure best practices in AI safety, reliability, performance, and governance.
- Drive innovation through experimentation with new AI frameworks, LLMs, and agentic architectures.

- Proven background as a Tech Lead or Architect, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Ability to guide and mentor technical teams.
