Requirements
- 10+ years of business experience; running P&Ls in a general management capacity.
- Experience working in online consumer acquisition.
- Understanding of lead generation business models, products, and strategies.
- Proven track record of leading cross functional teams.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling a business unit/region/division, with a focus on revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical acumen and commitment to data-driven decision making.
- Proven experience in integrating AI solutions into business operations
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional team to identify, research, evaluate, and incubate new category opportunities.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to increase market share, revenue, and profitability in existing categories.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Implement best practices in operations management, process improvement, and resource allocation, showing strong capability with AI.
- Manage the P&L for the business unit and each category, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure informed decision-making.
- Ability to use AI-powered analytics to inform decision-making, forecast trends, and identify growth opportunities.
