Requirements

  • 10+ years of business experience; running P&Ls in a general management capacity.
  • Experience working in online consumer acquisition.
  • Understanding of lead generation business models, products, and strategies.
  • Proven track record of leading cross functional teams.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling a business unit/region/division, with a focus on revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical acumen and commitment to data-driven decision making.
  • Proven experience in integrating AI solutions into business operations

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional team to identify, research, evaluate, and incubate new category opportunities.
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to increase market share, revenue, and profitability in existing categories.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
  • Implement best practices in operations management, process improvement, and resource allocation, showing strong capability with AI.
  • Manage the P&L for the business unit and each category, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Ability to use AI-powered analytics to inform decision-making, forecast trends, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning within the organization.
  • Develop relationships in new categories and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and finance, to achieve business objectives.
  • Present business performance and strategic plans to the executive team and other stakeholders.
