Responsibilities
- Help the CMO build the first true human + AI marketing team
- Oversee GTM Engineers who embed AI into the marketing stack
- Conceive and deploy AI teammates - for lead intelligence, content personalization, outbound that drive efficiency, cut costs, and create revenue streams
- Work across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Success to shorten the sales cycle and turn pipeline into revenue faster
- Never stop experimenting. Use data, predictive models, and AI insights to keep pushing CAC down and conversion up at every stage of the funnel
- Design and deploy AI systems that personalize every touchpoint and automate the messy stuff
