Requirements
- Proficient in Python with experience using libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including deep learning, NLP, and computer vision
- Hands-on experience with AI model evaluation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Experience in data manipulation, data visualization, and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering principles and experience working with large language models
- Experience with AI model development lifecycle and deployment processes
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business workflows into effective prompt strategies, output templates, and structured AI solutions
- Analyze new document types and define data extraction requirements for technical implementation
- Assess data quality and potential AI models, recommending solutions and features based on product and business goals
- Evaluate accuracy of AI models (predictive analytics, NLP, neural networks, LLMs) and recommend improvements based on product metrics, user feedback, and business objectives
- Conduct proof-of-concept development and testing for AI model implementations
- Use Python and other programming tools to conduct data analysis, build prototypes, and test hypotheses related to AI product features
- Measure impact and ROI of AI features through business KPIs, usage analytics, and performance metrics

- Collaborate with business users to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven automation and insight generation
- Work with cross-functional teams to define and refine product requirements for AI-driven features and capabilities
- Stay informed on the latest AI trends, tools, and model architectures, providing insights to influence product roadmap
