Equity Methods seeks to leverage AI/LLM innovation to enhance internal operations and client-facing services by developing and deploying AI-powered solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management, with exposure to AI/LLM technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering at least one feature powered by a large language model (LLM).
- Experience writing user stories using LLMs and developing user personas.
- Strong familiarity with web and mobile application development lifecycles.
- Hands-on experience with product tools such as Pendo, Jira Product Discovery or Aha!, Figma, and user research platforms like UserTesting.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for AI and automation initiatives across the firm.
- Deliver AI-powered features, including at least one that leverages a large language model (LLM) in production.
- Write user stories using LLMs and develop personas to guide product development and user experience.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
- Partner with internal developers, external vendors, and designers to build and deploy AI solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Lead the development of HITL (Human-in-the-Loop) workflows to ensure responsible and effective AI deployment.
- Monitor performance of AI products and continuously iterate based on feedback, usage data, and evolving business needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across consulting, technology, and operations to identify opportunities, define product roadmaps, and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Collaborate with consulting teams to identify business processes ripe for AI augmentation or automation.
- Evangelize AI capabilities across the firm through demos, training, and documentation.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies and trends, and assess their applicability to Equity Methods’ business model.
- Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of autonomy.
