L’Oréal is seeking to leverage Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI to drive efficiency, enhance user experiences, and deliver tangible business value, with a specific focus on optimizing supply chain operations in the Americas Zone.

Requirements

  • Proven Product Management Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within a fast-paced, agile environment, delivering successful software or AI-driven products.
  • AI & GenAI Expertise: Demonstrated experience building, launching, and scaling products powered by Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
  • Supply Chain Acumen: Strong knowledge or direct experience working on supply chain topics, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within logistics, forecasting, inventory management, or related areas.
  • Strategic & Technical Mindset: A powerful blend of technical savviness and business acumen, allowing you to articulate technical complexities to business users and strategic implications to technical teams.
  • Stakeholder Whisperer: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successfully influencing and collaborating with diverse groups.
  • Organized & Proactive: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple products and priorities simultaneously, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
  • Curiosity & Drive: A curious mind, eager to explore new technologies and challenges, with a relentless drive to innovate and deliver value.

Responsibilities

  • Define and Evangelize Product Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products, particularly those impacting L'Oréal's Americas Zone supply chain.
  • User & Business Empathy: Deeply understand user needs and business requirements across various L'Oréal functions, translating them into detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with a team of data scientists, software developers, and designers to guide product development, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable AI solutions.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Proactively manage relationships with internal stakeholders across the business and technical teams, as well as external vendors, ensuring alignment and successful collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Agile Execution: Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and rapid iteration.
  • Performance & Value Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your products, analyzing results to inform future product iterations and demonstrate tangible business impact.
  • Communication & Advocacy: Act as the primary face of your products, communicating their value and capabilities to diverse audiences, from technical teams, to users & senior leadership.

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
