Requirements
- 2+ years of product management experience, including new product development
- 1+ years of experience in external market product development (vs. internal tools)
- 1+ years of experience building digital solutions
- Experience in agile development environments
- Proven solid technical acumen to translate business goals into technical requirements
- 1+ years integrating AI services and solutions into digital products (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering to build, launch, and iterate AI-enabled products
- Document product requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Oversee product development from initiation to execution with engineering teams
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and represent challenges and opportunities
- Utilize data to derive insights and effectively manage timelines and resources
Other
- 2+ years of healthcare experience (preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently and manage ambiguity (preferred)
- Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills (preferred)
