Ericsson Inc. is seeking a Program AI Analyst to build foundational AI expertise, collaborate with senior leaders, and grow in one of the fastest-developing areas of technology, supporting program operations by analyzing data, identifying valuable AI opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Beginning-to-intermediate proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel for basic data analysis.
  • Familiarity with AI-related concepts like machine learning, data optimization, or generative AI, with a willingness to deepen understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze AI program data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancing adoption and measurable business outcomes.
  • Support prioritization of use cases, focusing on areas such as customer experience optimization and network efficiency.
  • Facilitate workshops and sprints to gather insights, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Track program success metrics, providing reporting and feedback to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to enable seamless integration of generative AI solutions into operational workflows.
  • Execute tasks that bridge strategy and implementation, ensuring AI programs run efficiently while delivering measurable impact.

Other

  • 2–4 years of experience in program analysis, operations, or related roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities fueled by curiosity and an eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Effective communication skills, with a focus on engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
