Requirements
- You have hands-on experience building or maintaining automations using tools like ChatGPT.
- You enjoy prompt engineering - crafting and testing generative-AI prompts that deliver accurate, structured, and useful outputs.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve low-code and AI-driven workflows that streamline legal and compliance operations - from intake and triage to reporting and knowledge management.
- Design and refine prompts for generative-AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to automate recurring tasks such as reviewing documents, drafting templates, summarizing data, or routing requests.
- Maintain clear documentation of automations, logic, and prompt structures to ensure transparency, scalability, and compliance with data-handling standards.
