Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or any other related degree with 1-3 years of experiences in AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python is a must.
- Experience with Graphic Processing Unity (GPU) preferred.
- Proficiency in AI/ML, supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, data analytics techniques, and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in AI/ML algorithm development.
- Knowledge of distribution and transmission system analysis is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research in AI/ML with applications in power system planning, operation, and optimization.
- Design and implement AI algorithms for planning, real-time monitoring, control, and operation of distribution and transmission networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally to prototype, test, and deploy AI-powered tools in real-world utility environments.
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed paper/journal
