Requirements
- Expertise in Python and PyTorch.
- Proven ability to develop original ideas and translate them into production-quality ML models.
- Experience leading research teams with end-to-end design-to-production responsibilities.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in machine learning or related fields.
- Experience with diffusion models for generative media (e.g., video) is a plus.
- Strong focus on building solutions that reach end users; purely academic research focus may not be a fit.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop foundational components for the platform’s core systems.
- Lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art generative models to optimize or automate workflows.
- Build machine learning models using PyTorch for generative media applications.
- Deploy, fine-tune, and integrate models into the platform while ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Develop data curation pipelines tailored to the needs of each model.
- Collaborate across engineering and creative teams to identify challenges in producing high-quality content.
- Analyze typical content production pipelines to understand interface requirements, including expected output quality and input modalities.
