Requirements
- Business-level understanding of AI: Familiarity with AI/ML applications, use cases across industries, and the strategic implications for organizations (you don't need to be technical, but you must speak credibly about AI)
- Consultative selling approach: Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Background in consulting, advisory services, or enterprise software sales
- Experience selling emerging technology solutions (AI, data analytics, cloud transformation)
Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales Process: Conduct high-level discovery calls to understand business challenges, qualify opportunities against our service capabilities, and advance prospects through the sales pipeline
- Proposal Development & Scoping: Partner with technical teams to translate client needs into compelling proposals, ensuring accurate scoping, pricing, and deliverable definitions
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on AI trends, use cases, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our services effectively
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, accurately forecast revenue, and consistently meet/exceed sales targets
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to content development, speak at events, and represent the firm as an AI advisory expert
Other
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, or technology solutions
- Exceptional executive presence: Polished communication skills, confidence in C-suite settings, and ability to command a room
- Proven track record closing deals with senior executives
- Existing network within target industries
- Track record of $1M+ annual sales achievement
