Klaviyo is seeking to build and deploy next-generation AI and Agentic solutions across their GTM Systems to improve seller experience and automate workflows.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud, AWS, and other public cloud
- Hands-on experience in optimizing seller experience leveraging AI technologies
- Hands-on experience building integrations, automations, or AI/ML-powered solutions
- Familiarity with Gen AI technologies, LLMs, and agent frameworks
- Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, or AWS is a plus
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Apex
- Strong grasp of API development, REST, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
Responsibilities
- Develop AI-driven solutions and agentic workflows
- Build integrations between AI platforms and existing GTM Systems
- Implement data validation, error handling, monitoring, and logging within agent workflows
- Optimize and fine-tune AI models and prompts for task accuracy and performance
- Support proof-of-concept development and iterate quickly based on feedback
- Document designs, code, and integration patterns
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions

- 3–5 years of experience as a developer, software engineer, or automation engineer
