Requirements
- Proficiency in AI/ML, Deep Learning, LLM, RAG
- Knowledge in one or more Open-Source AI Agent Frameworks: LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.
- Proficiency in Python development
- Knowledge in Git, Jenkins
- Pursuing a Master’s or PhD’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related field
- Experience with cloud technology and infrastructure
- Familiarity with game development and operation workflows
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI empowered services/solutions in complex systems that meet fast-growing business requirements
- Fine-tune the LLM
- Design and implement the AI Agent System with open-source frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph
- Work closely with the product and R&D team, and internal customers in North America
- Adopt cutting-edge technologies like Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLM
- Implement AI solutions for Tencent's overseas game studios
- Collaborate with the Cloud Center of Excellence team to provide infrastructure and best practices for game studios

- Pursuing a Master’s or PhD’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related field

- Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week) onsite in Palo Alto, CA
