Requirements

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy multi-agent AI systems that collaborate effectively to automate customer workflows
- Continuously iterate on AI-driven functionalities to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes
- Support internal teams, especially Payroll and Tax, in applying AI to create more intuitive and efficient processes
- Ensure AI solutions comply with relevant regulations and security standards
- Contribute to system architecture decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and incorporate best practices into product development
- Deeply understand the customer journey to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and enhancement
