HumRRO is looking to build AI-powered applications by integrating LLMs into psychrometric based workflows, requiring prompt engineering, batched flows, and agent development.
Requirements
- Production experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL, REST APIs
- AWS or Azure cloud fundamentals (AWS preferred)
- Understanding of LLM fundamentals (prompting, context windows, fine-tuning concepts, RAG)
- Hands-on with LLM frameworks (preferably Vercel AI SDK)
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with prompt optimization and evaluation
- Familiarity with vector databases
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack web apps consuming LLM APIs.
- Work effectively with team members to design and produce high quality code.
- Implement RAG pipelines, prompt optimization, and cost-efficient inference strategies.
- Own features end-to-end: frontend to backend to cloud deployment
- Collaborate with research teams to translate requirements into working systems.
- Ensure code and development practices adhere to security requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and effectively communicate updates and resolution plans.

- BS Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in software development of web applications.
- Passion for improving software quality and the user experience. Along with building testable software that is modular, maintainable, secure, and reliable.
