Requirements

  • 4+ years of software development experience, with a focus on object-oriented programming languages.
  • 2+ years working with enterprise-level frameworks like Beego, Django, or similar high-performance solutions.
  • 1+ years of experience with AWS or other cloud providers, leveraging their tools and services to build scalable solutions.
  • Strong understanding of system design principles and expertise in SOLID engineering practices.
  • Proficiency with tools and processes such as monitoring, build tools, version control, unit testing, and TDD.
  • Hands-on experience working across all stages of a project, from requirements and design to implementation and support.
  • Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs with backend services.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy features and solutions that enhance the scalability and performance of the Alli platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions that improve automation and results.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code, contributing to the stability and scalability of Alli’s suite of applications.
  • Draft and implement architectural designs for complex, reliable, and innovative technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, offering thoughtful feedback to ensure Alli maintains high engineering standards.
  • Debug, test, and troubleshoot solutions across the application development lifecycle to deliver state-of-the-art products.
  • Stay curious and continuously improve technical knowledge, contributing to PMG’s evolving tech stack and industry leadership.

Other

  • 4+ years of software development experience, with a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Interest or familiarity with the digital marketing industry and its unique challenges.
