At AMD, the business problem is to build great products that accelerate next-generation computing experiences, and this role is looking to solve the problem of effectively presenting AMD's AI story through in-event experiences and content programs.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting developer-facing content and community channels (e.g., YouTube, Reddit, Discord) and understanding how developers engage with technical content.
  • Proven ability to develop compelling narratives and manage diverse content initiatives.
  • Experience marketing to developers and familiarity with popular AI software stacks.
  • Use of AI tools to automate workflows and enhance content quality.
  • Understanding of how technical storytelling drives product adoption and ecosystem engagement.
  • Background in marketing, event or program management within technology-driven sectors.
  • Coursework or certification in AI, developer marketing, or digital content strategy is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional alignment for AI content programs spanning editorial planning, event content capture, and post-production workflows.
  • Develop innovative content tailored for developer audiences to drive engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts, peer organizations and ISV partners to create content that resonates with AI developers and technical audiences.
  • Lead keynote and event content development, ensuring alignment with strategic messaging and timely delivery.
  • Gather and analyze content performance data and insights to guide ongoing planning and optimization.
  • Partner with cross-AMD BU product teams to ensure event content reflects the latest technology advancements.
  • Ensure consistent application of AMD’s AI messaging across global and regional events.

Other

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Advanced degree or certification in Marketing, Event Management, or related discipline is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage concurrent deliverables while meeting demanding timelines and supporting strategic direction from senior leadership.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and evolving priorities, balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product, creative, developer relations, developer marketing, partner, and event teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality content that advances business goals.
