Harvard Maintenance is seeking an AI Solution Analyst to support the design, testing, and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions across the organization, aiming to make employees work smarter and faster.
Requirements
- Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred; R is a plus).
- Ability to read, debug, and test code; familiarity with basic deployment practices.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, or cloud systems (AWS and Azure) is desirable.
- Exposure to AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Codex, Claude Claude) is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills for documentation and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building, testing, and maintaining AI-powered applications, chatbots, and automation tools.
- Support integration of AI solutions into existing business systems and workflows.
- Interact with AI coding agents to generate, debug, and refine code for prototypes and production-ready solutions.
- Explore new methods, tools, and frameworks; conduct rapid testing and proof-of-concepts.
- Evaluate alternative approaches, weighing trade-offs between speed, scalability, and usability.
- Benchmark and analyze the performance of AI models and tools.
- Support data collection, preparation, and cleaning for training and testing purposes.
