EPAM Georgia is looking for a Solution Architect to design and implement new solutions, such as data enrichment pipelines and tools for training and deploying large language models, for a globally leading job platform.
Requirements
- Industry production experience in AWS ML services, including AWS SageMaker
- Expertise in building enterprise-scale ML and LLM solutions
- Production background in DevOps, Cloud Operations and ML engineering
- Understanding of AWS administration and permission management
- High proficiency in Docker, IaC and CI/CD
- Flexibility to use model management tools such as MLflow
- Familiarity with MLOps, including model orchestration and updates
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy ML-based services using AWS SageMaker
- Analyze the current AWS account setup and improve it with MLE and DevOps experts
- Assess current AI pipelines and their integration with other services
- Design and build infrastructure to support the experimentation and deployment of AI systems
- Collaborate with AI Labs teams to enhance current ML workflows and software development standards
- Apply IaC and CI/CD best practices for efficient deployment and resource management
