Requirements
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and automation tools; willingness to learn new technologies
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Microsoft, JobBOSS ERP, and Salesforce (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct self-directed research on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Configure and integrate AI tools within existing systems, including Microsoft, JobBOSS ERP, and Salesforce
- Partner with external vendors to evaluate and implement new AI-driven solutions
- Develop proof-of-concept projects and document findings for leadership review
- Prepare reports and presentations to share recommendations and outcomes
- Collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with non-technical teams to understand business needs and deliver practical solutions
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Casual to business casual dress code
