Litehouse is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and implement AI solutions that advance our business and strengthen our employee-owned culture.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in AI/application development or implementation.
- Experience in AI engineering, DevOps, or MLOps (CI/CD).
- Preferred: Azure AI-900, AI-102, and AI-204.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure AI solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Agents, Azure OpenAI, Infor GenAI, and custom development.
- Integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and enterprise architecture.
- Monitor and enhance deployed AI solutions for performance and effectiveness.
- Partner with business teams to develop AI use cases, requirements, specs, and user stories.
- Promote AI adoption by training users, addressing concerns, and building AI awareness.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, data, and ethical standards.
- Create clear documentation and educate employee-owners on new AI tools and features.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving AI landscape.
- Project management and Agile experience.
