The organization is seeking a Solutions Engineer to acquire and grow the base of AI customers by generating new selling opportunities and supporting the Sales team in pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, Seamless.ai, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with infrastructure used in AI/ML applications, such as NVIDIA GPUs.
- Understanding of AI/ML workloads (training and inference).
- Knowledge of how Kubernetes fits into AI/ML workloads.
- Familiarity with network engineering, network automation use cases (Python, Ansible, etc), and alignment of AI technologies with enterprise IT.
- Ability to break down complex and technical subjects.
- Strong listening, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze prospects’ pain points, use cases, roles, and business objectives.
- Promote the technical positioning of products during engagements with AI customers.
- Educate customers and prospects on how solutions align with the AI space.
- Run technical product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
- Explain the value proposition of solutions to generate prospect interest.
- Translate technical aspects into “big picture” value statements and a “technical win” strategy with Sales.
- Maintain accurate prospect data within Hubspot CRM.
Other
- 3+ years of direct, enterprise selling experience to the AI space or 5+ years of total selling experience to the AI space.
- 4-5 years of experience selling enterprise SaaS or Open Source SaaS offerings to AI companies or AI solution-seeking customers.
- 2+ years in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Time and project management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong listening, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
