Bowman is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance business operations, automate tasks, and unlock new capabilities across internal and external products.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, frameworks, and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Azure AI, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in Python and data engineering tools.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and large language models.
- Experience integrating AI into business applications, web services, or enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles, privacy, and model evaluation techniques.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to assess use cases, define requirements, and translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement AI and ML solutions for internal operations and external products, including AI-powered assistants, chatbots, predictive tools, and classification models.
- Integrate APIs from commercial AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services) into enterprise platforms, services, and workflows.
- Develop scripts, pipelines, and applications that apply natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other AI techniques to business data.
- Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize models and drive business impact through deployed AI solutions.
- Prototype and test AI use cases, evaluate feasibility, and iterate based on user feedback and performance.
- Ensure AI solutions are reliable, secure, and aligned with ethical and compliance standards.
