- Conduct process reviews and opportunity assessments to identify tasks suitable for automation, prediction, or augmentation.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable AI use cases — no coding required.
- Collaborate with IT, data teams, and external vendors to evaluate feasibility and guide implementation.
- Monitor outcomes and continuously refine AI applications to maximize impact.
- Stay informed on emerging AI tools, trends, and ethical considerations relevant to business operations.
- Establish AI governance framework aligned with OCC model risk guidance

- Partner with Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to uncover inefficiencies and explore AI-driven improvements.
- Develop training, communications, and change management strategies to support adoption.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with department leaders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and translator between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Advocate for responsible AI use, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Data Analytics, or related field required.
- 5+ years in business operations, strategy, or process improvement roles.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills — able to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience with change management, training, or stakeholder engagement.
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and empowering teams.
