Solera needs to boost development velocity and re-architect platforms by simplifying, uplifting technology, automating processes, and leveraging advanced AI tooling.
Requirements
- Extensive Full stack C-Sharp/TSQL/React hands-on development experience.
- Practical experience utilising latest AI technologies to accelerate development. (GitHub Copilot preferred)
- Ability to rapidly develop and ship tested code
- Solid experience writing automated integration tests, ideally BDD style.
- Implementing AI solutions in the enterprise.
- Familiarity with writing enterprise Java applications
- Experience with DevOps pipelines, particularly GitHib actions and Jenkins
Responsibilities
- Develop/Redevelop enterprise solutions for Solera’s portfolio of products, primarily in C-Sharp.
- Utilise the evolving range of AI tooling to accelerate development
- Upskill and handover to the existing product team members, the new codebase/solution
- Help select appropriate models and integrate them.
- Build out and maintain our AI infrastructure.
- Driving the development, before handing over the new development practices to them.
- Contributing to the definition of our next-gen AI SDLC process.
