Pacific Life's technology organization is seeking a talented AI Senior Systems Analyst to join the Enablement AI Platform team to implement scalable, secure, and high-performing AI products that improve operational efficiency and drive innovation.
Requirements
- 8+ years in technology, with a strong focus on AI-related product solution analysis and testing.
- Proven experience in developing and managing AI user stories and test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable AI solutions.
- Proficiency in specific AI testing tools and software, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jmeter and other tools.
- Expertise in developing and implementing AI testing frameworks, including automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics and the ability to identify and mitigate potential biases in AI models.
Responsibilities
- Review approved and prioritized AI use cases and drive the analysis, including: Developing epics and user stories based on business needs.
- Ensuring engineers have a detailed understanding of the "What" and "Why" behind each epic.
- Provide AI solution QA support and develop best practices for testing AI products, including but not limited to performance, data quality, model testing, and evaluation for biases and vulnerabilities.
- Lead the AI use case review and approval process for a cross functional team, providing input on solutions and reusability and obtaining approvals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with prioritized business objectives and ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing and newly established systems.
