Requirements
- Deep knowledge of machine learning, generative AI, and NLP technologies
- Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and data privacy frameworks
- Proficiency with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Experience with market analysis, competitive positioning, and identifying AI-driven opportunities
- Proven success delivering AI strategies that generate measurable business value
Responsibilities
- Lead consulting sessions with client leadership to design AI strategies and roadmaps that deliver real results
- Translate high-level vision into concrete, achievable AI integration plans
- Partner with executives, technical teams, and external stakeholders to align AI initiatives with core business objectives
- Keep your finger on the pulse of AI trends, technologies, and regulations, ensuring our clients—and Iteria.us—stay ahead of the curve
- Create and implement training programs that equip client teams to embrace and maximize AI tools in their day-to-day operations
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or AI certifications (e.g., MIT’s AI Implications for Business Strategy) are a plus
- 5+ years in AI, machine learning, or technology strategy, including at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role
- Strong communicator able to simplify complex concepts for any audience
- Skilled at driving alignment across cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a relentless focus on delivering client impact
