Kentro is looking to hire an AI Strategist to help their Defense Intelligence client integrate AI technology into their core business processes, develop AI-driven business strategies, and oversee the development and deployment of AI solutions to deliver tangible benefits.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in strategy development, particularly in AI or digital transformation
- Proficient in machine learning, statistical analysis, and software development
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of executing successful technology integration projects
Responsibilities
- Work with the government lead to develop and implement comprehensive AI strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals
- Lead cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions
- Stay ahead of AI trends and maintain a deep understanding of advancements in the field
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of AI technologies and adjust strategies as needed
- Provide expert guidance and leadership on AI ethics and compliance issues
- The Senior Developer will be working with and coaching more junior developers as needed.
Other
- Master’s or higher in Computer Science, AI, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience
- Must have active DoD TS/SCI with CI Poly eligibility
- Must meet updated ID requirements
