Requirements
- Expertise in Gen AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain), cloud platforms, and advanced data engineering tools.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and enterprise architecture principles.
- Deep Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Gen AI use cases such as content generation, summarization, code generation, and conversational AI.
- Ethical AI Expertise: Strong background in responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, model transparency, and ethical deployment.

- Design and implement scalable Gen AI solutions that cater to a wide array of use cases across critical departments, including operations, finance, HR, marketing, and customer service.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of Gen AI initiatives—from ideation and model selection to deployment, monitoring, and iterative enhancement—ensuring best practices are followed at every stage.
- Partner with business leaders, data science teams, and IT to pinpoint high-impact opportunities, ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions into existing workflows.
- Establish robust governance frameworks for ethical AI use, model explainability, and compliance with data privacy regulations, ensuring responsible AI practices are embedded in the organization.
- Build and mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary team of AI engineers, data scientists, and domain experts, fostering a culture of innovation and readiness for enterprise-scale AI deployment.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML or data technologies, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI technologies and large-scale enterprise implementations.

- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving AI adoption across various business domains.
