Wintrust is looking to develop and maintain a responsible AI culture across the enterprise, driving the mission of the Responsible AI Alliance (RAIA) and supporting risk management, process automation, and customer insights initiatives.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (preferably in the financial services area)
- Ability to work in an environment where deadlines are critical
- Understanding of AI in a regulatory landscape
- Previous experience within an Enterprise IT environment
- Project and change management experience
- Ability to lead complex initiatives from planning through implementation
- Guiding stakeholders through organizational change
Responsibilities
- Building and documenting use cases, to assist in the evaluation of AI.
- Evaluating and interrogating software solutions for their AI usage.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Information Security and IT Risk Management to ensure that AI utilization aligns with current and future requirements.
- Work with multiple business lines and departments to help understand their business directives and initiatives and how they work within the Responsible AI framework.
- Project managing initiatives to ensuring proper documentation and clear status communication to stakeholders.
- Creating documentation of processes and workflows to assist in automation through AI
- Researching AI features/functions and capabilities across the technology landscape
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of related experience
- Excellent organizational skills, an attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in an environment where deadlines are critical
- Must have a strong work ethic and be a team player
