Booz Allen is looking to hire an experienced AI Technologist to lead the customization and deployment of AI coding tools, focusing on performance, security, and user experience, and to provide expertise in evaluating and incorporating Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-enabled solutions at an enterprise-scale.
Requirements
- Experience in an AI Technologist or AI Engineer role
- Experience with AI tooling and LLMs
- Experience customizing AI coding tools and implementing security recommendations
- Knowledge of best practices for AI development and deployment
- Experience with development and DevOps methodologies and best practices
Responsibilities
- Lead customization and deployment of AI coding tools, focusing on performance, security, and user experience.
- Provide expertise in evaluating and incorporating Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-enabled solutions at an enterprise-scale.
- Develop and implement custom user guides and best-practice recommendations to optimize AI coding tools.
- Collaborate with developer communities and DevSecOps teams for seamless AI model integration.
- Research emerging AI technology trends and advancements.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Drive continuous improvement within the AI technology stack.

- Experience operating in an Agile development environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a CS, Information Systems, or Data Science field and 3+ years of experience in AI solution development or AI product management, or 10+ years of experience in AI solution development or AI product management in lieu of a degree
