- Analyze client and internal business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for AI-powered solutions
- Translate complex business problems into structured frameworks that can be addressed using our AI technologies/agentic networks
- Identify, document, and refine business problems to detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, which may include technical requirements
- Collaborate with the technology team to design effective prompt strategies and agentic workflows that translate business requirements into optimized AI solutions, ensuring intelligent automation of complex business processes
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses for potential AI implementations for clients and internal stakeholders across various disciplines
- Help clients and stakeholders understand how LLMs and Generative AI can transform their operations
- Stay up to date on LLM advancements and contribute to our cutting-edge projects
Other
- Strong academic background with an undergraduate and/or master's degree in S.T.E.M. related fields
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and ability to communicate/collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication (both oral and written) and strong interpersonal and consultative skills
