Requirements
- Expertise leveraging GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude Code, Gemini, Figma, Replit, etc. to supercharge efforts.
- Understand concepts on AI/ML and actively uses it to build and solve problems.
- Partner with Sales on intro call simulation, value proposition (value dimension and value stream) and customer demo to develop incoming readiness bridge (used for customer implementation).
- Execute a customer onboarding cycle (Process hierarchy creation, environment setup, customer implementation plan, strategic configuration, handoff to CSM).
- Develop and present a feature recommendation for the Architect with a supporting business case.
Responsibilities
- Partner with AEs during the sales cycle (primarily discovery/value) meetings to identify pain, and create time to value plans.
- Lead onboarding & implementation, ensuring customers magically flow through Pain, Diagnosis, Treatment Plan, Health transformation milestones.
- The primary goal is to use the interactions, rapidly collect information and contribute to the product roadmap.
- AI friendly: Creatively integrate Strategy Deployment / Hoshin Kanri, Process Engineering, and Lean / Six Sigma concepts into AI workflows.
- Product first mindset: Capture repeatable patterns, requirements and bake into the Architect product backlog.
- Serve as the first escalation path for AI Transformation team and unblock delivery / CSM teams.
- Quantify implementation health & ROI for executive leadership
