Apple is looking for an Engineering Program Manager to drive the development and delivery of next-generation AI-powered products, services, and tools that will enable developers inside and outside Apple to be at their most creative and efficient.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years experience in software project/product management
- Knowledge of software engineering standard methodologies and related dependencies
- Experience shipping ML-powered products
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of running a cloud service end to end
- Planning for large-scale projects while acting as central point of contact
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedule, and status documentation
- Serve as a liaison to communicate information regarding requirements, changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
- Present and communicate new feature initiatives, top issues, risks, and critical achievements to executive leadership.
- Drive focus to critical path deliverables and track execution of dependencies.
- Proactively identify risks to software delivery, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate resolutions.

- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to build positive relationships and influence others
- Excellent spoken and written communication to tailor communication style to multiple audiences
- Organization and multi-tasking skills with phenomenal attention to detail
