Advance the state-of-art reasoning and optimization techniques for improved accuracy and efficient inference at Apple
Requirements
- Expert in PyTorch/Python programming
- Experience with Large-scale model training/tuning
- Experience in tool use, agentic LLMs, RAG
- Experience with processing multiple modalities (i.e., audio/vision) with Foundational Models
- Experience with efficient inference, HW/SW co-design, performance optimization
- Experience with Jax programming
- Understanding ML accelerations and architectures
Responsibilities
- Research and applied work in LLM reasoning, planning, tool use, agentic LLMs, and related topics
- Work on the next generation of LLM and VLM architectures and reasoning models
Other
- Ph.D. in CS or related fields
- Quality publications in LLM Reasoning and Planning (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc)
