Lenovo's AIOps team is growing and needs an AIOps Support Engineer to support the deployment, configuration, daily operation, and ongoing optimization of their AIOps platform.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of Experience with AI Ops or global CloudOps
- Exposure to AWP automation or Hubble monitoring products
- Experience with intelligent workflows: diagnostics, remediation, and infrastructure optimization
- Experience with tools and frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ServiceNow, or Runbook Automation platforms
- Experience with BI tools a plus
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the deployment, configuration, daily operation, and optimization of Lenovo's AIOps platformin overseas environments
- Ensure system stability and high availability
- Support incident handling in a timely manner
- ProvideUser Service Support day-to-day for overseas users including access management, feature consultation, and issue resolution
- Work on global cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, Information Security to ensure compliance, alignment, transformation and change management compliance
- Support HQ team to support the rollout, integration and promotion of AIOps
- Support compliance with change management processes including version upgrades, feature releases, and environment changes

- This position is hybrid, onsite 3 days per week
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Advanced degree a plus
- The base salary budgeted range for this position is $65-85k.
- Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
