Apple's Accessories team is looking for an engineer to design and implement new features for their wireless products like AirPods and AirTags, aiming to deliver exceptional user experiences and enrich people's lives.
Requirements
- You have solid C/C++ coding abilities; Python experience is a plus
- You have proven excellence in firmware, device driver, or equivalent for experienced candidates
- You have strong analytical and software debugging skills
- You have knowledge of real-time audio or wireless technologies
- You demonstrated familiarity with real-time audio (sample rates, buffering, codecs, clocking, I2S, PCM, drivers)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop features for next generation of AirPods, AirTags and other accessories
- Work closely with quality and performance teams to deliver a highly optimized and magical experience to our users
- Maintain the highest software quality standards by triaging and resolving bugs and creating automated frameworks for logging, telemetry and unit tests
